Ben Rector，全名 Benjamin Evans Rector，出生於1986年11月8號，為一位美國的歌手及音樂家。 小時候有學過一些鋼琴，但是是到高中時，他才開始拿起吉他創作歌曲。
在University of Arkansas的第一年，他自行發行了第一張EP。其中，Conversation這首歌在2006年獲得了「約翰·藍儂歌曲創作大賽」中流行音樂類別的大獎。而Ben在當時，是流行樂項目史上最年輕的贏家。他也因此展開了在週末或是學校假期期間巡迴表演的日子。

個人覺得聽著這首歌有一種能夠重新深呼吸的感覺。
總是想著要回到小時候的時光。
畢竟那個時候總是最大膽、最能夠做自己的時候呢。
